This policy describes how Commercial Leasing Experts (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through commercialleasingexperts.com. It covers the forms on this site, the calculators and eligibility tools, and the technical information any website receives when you visit.

When you submit a form on this site, we receive what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:
The calculators and the eligibility check run on the page itself. They do not ask for or store contact details.
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you include one.
- Your business name and the funding amount range you select.
- Anything you write in an optional message field.
- Your confirmation that you agree to be contacted about your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our servers receive standard technical information with each request, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Form submissions also carry basic spam-prevention signals (for example, how long the form was open before it was sent) and, when present, the campaign parameters in the page address (such as utm_source).
This site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
